housematch.com.au is operated by House Match Australia from Melbourne, Australia. By joining the waitlist, entering an invite code, creating an account, or logging in, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

When you use housematch, we may collect: email address, account preferences, search queries, property interactions, usage patterns, and standard technical data (browser type, device, IP address).
3. How we use it
To provide and improve our services, personalise your search results and match scores, send communications you have opted into, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI and machine learning
housematch uses AI and machine learning to deliver personalised search results, match scoring, and the Scout property search assistant. We use aggregated and anonymised usage data, including search patterns, property interactions, and preference data, to train and improve our AI models. This results in more accurate property data and better recommendations for all users. Your personal identity (name, email) is never used in model training. Only anonymised, aggregated patterns are used.
5. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your activity with third parties unless you explicitly request it or we are legally required to.

Data is stored on servers in Australia using industry standard security.
